The support and training around the CIMS tools and data is done through mutiple means:

  • Resources notes, tutorials, videos to learn how to use the software and understand the underlying concept
  • Face to face or online workshops
  • Direct support by the CIMS staff by contacting us (within the terms of the membership)
  • Community support and knowledge sharing through forums, mailing lists and other networking tools
